Time Change: Daylight Savings time ends Sunday, November 2, 2025, at 2:00 am. Be sure to set your clocks back one hour before you retire the evening before. 

Monthly Meeting(s):  The Mission Board and the CE Board are scheduled to meet Sunday, November 2, 2025, following the Morning Worship Service. The Deacon Board will meet next Sunday, November 9, 2025, following the Morning Service.   The Elder Board is scheduled to meet Tuesday, November 11, 2025, at 7:00 pm at the church.

Annual Harvest Dinner: Our Annual Harvest Dinner will be on Sunday, November 9, 2025, following the Morning Worship Service.   Everyone is invited and encouraged to attend this gathering for a good time of fellowship and thanksgiving. There is a sign-up sheet for food items needed for the dinner on the bulletin board in the Fellowship Hall.   Turkeys will be provided by the church; we just need two people to volunteer to cook them.

Christmas Photo Opp: Allie Tuma will be taking Christmas photos during the month of November beginning next Sunday, November 9, 2025, and each November Sunday following. The sessions will follow the Morning Worship Service and are free of charge. For more information, see the insert in the bulletin on Sunday, November 2, 2025.

Operation Christmas Child: Please check out the table in the Fellowship Hall for OCC. There are boxes available for those who would like to pack a shoebox. You may also add donated items to the totes on and under the table. National Collection Week is November 17 – 24, 2025. If anyone is interested in facilitating a packing party and/or taking the packed boxes to Shelby during Collection Week, please see Bernice or Janet.

A Community Thanksgiving Dinner will be held Thursday, November 27, 2025, at the Parkview Senior Center from 12:00 noon – 2:00 pm. All are welcome to attend. A freewill offering will be taken with the proceeds going to the Senior Center.   If you would like to provide food for the meal, please check out the sign-up sheet on the bulletin board in the Fellowship Hall.
